Sounds like a cliche’, right? I get it. So, here’s a hardcore question I ask myself: “Why would I hire me?” Ready? Here it goes: It’s about going the extra mile for my clients, both home buyers and sellers. It’s about looking for the absolute best interest of YOU - my client.

Money, while important, is not my ultimate goal. Yep, you heard that right. I’m looking for a long term commitment, one that doesn’t end at the closing table.

It’s about my ability to help you understand the entire real estate transaction, from the activities involved prior to listing your home on MLS to marketing your home to closing. It really is a daunting task and one mistake can delay, if not mess up a deal entirely! If a question comes up that I don’t the answer to, you can bet that I’ll be on my phone getting an answer for you. Complete transparency. It’s how I roll.


Among my primary duties is to represent you in your best interest, serving as your personal advisor, and educating you on the home buying and selling processes. Whether you are a buyer or seller, the ultimate goal for both parties is to get to the closing table and seal the deal.

Getting to the closing table involves a long and lengthy process - mortgage pre-approval, home search & research, submitting & accepting offers and coordinating between lenders, appraisers, inspectors, associations, title companies, and attorneys.

Sometimes, the unexpected can happen and cause buyer/seller stress and frustration. Know that I am here to help guide, educate and ultimately help you make the right decision befitting you and your family, even if it means walking away from that property.


We’ve all heard the wise words of ‘information is power’. Well, that’s true to an extent. First, information has to be true and accurate. My job is to provide my clients with reliable, accurate and up-to-date information to help them make the best possible decision for themselves.

Oh, I’ll never ‘fake the funk’. Keeping it real and giving honest feedback is a personality trait that I’ve developed over the course of 15 years. What you see is what you get, so to speak. Think about it - you’re about to invest in what might be considered your lifetime’s biggest investment.

I love technology. I was in a conversation not too long ago with a colleague of mine discussing the ways in which marketing has evolved over the last 4 - 5 years. Long gone are the days of ‘push marketing’.

I mean, not too long ago, a good marketing campaign meant sending out a few direct mail pieces, taking out a section in the local papers, maybe leasing out a few billboards. While those methods still exist today and can still have a targeted impact in a lot of cases, still, the advent of social media really changed the way business is conducted.

When I list a house, I go all out, leaving no stone unturned. It’ll be my sole purpose to ensure that I generate the most amount of buyers, in the least amount of time with the least amount of stress. The online media arsenal at my disposal may include some or all of the following - PPC, SEM, SEO and many others. I also utilize Facebook, Pinterest and others to help expose your home to the highest number of buyers. See, I told you that I know a thing or two about online technology 🙂
