One of things that makes Valhalla in Riverview so attractive is that it's close to the major highways.
I'm talking close to highway 75, highway 301 and the Crosstown Expressway.
So, commuting to work is extremely convenient with very little traffic to worry about.
Plus, with a location like this, it's easy to get to nearby shopping centers, restaurants, gyms, entertainment and more!
For example, Bloomingdale Ave is a major artery with exceptional access to:
- Shopping Centers like Winthrop Town Center and Bloomingdale Square.
- Need to do pick up groceries? You've got Target, Publix and Walmart;
- Gas stations like Wawa, Thornton's and Racetrac;
- Restaurants like Sushi kampai, Donovan's Meatery, and Chicken Salad Chick;
- Entertainment such as Xscape Theatres and Paul Sanders Park;
- Medical clinics including Noorani Medical Center and AdventHealth Centra Care.
2. Amenities at Valhalla
Community pools
Everybody loves to swim, especially in the Florida heat.
Here, you have 2 community pools to soak up that Florida sun.
Maintenance free
If you're the type who enjoys mowing grass, edging and trimming your yard, then this community is not for you. The HOA takes really good care of the community's aesthetics, including landscaping.
Moreover, for about $385 a month, your HOA takes care of water, sewage, trash pickup, pool care, exterior insurance, outdoor pest treatment, roof & road repair and basic cable.

The townhomes at Valhalla surround three inland bodies of water, giving astonishing water views to many of the homes there.

As you see, the overwhelming majority of available townhomes is the 3 bedroom, which makes up about 79%. The two bedrooms makes up about 17% and 4 bedrooms at 4%.
