The Villa Serena community has about 260 townhouses. There are 2 and 3 bedrooms, each with at least 2 bathrooms. Square footage ranges from 1400 to 1797.
What's great about Villa Serena is its maintenance free living. So, you pretty much don't have to worry about paying for trash, water and landscaping. All those expenses are included in your monthly HOA* fee, which is about $325.
